8 Day Summer Group Tour in Sweden

We offer an unforgettable 8-day group trip in Sweden. Discover the beautiful wilderness of Sweden with your group of fellow travelers with lots of fun and adventure!

This week you will experience the summer package with 5 adventurous activities.

‘The more the merrier’ Everyone is welcome! Don’t wait any longer for that one friend who says he or she will come along someday. Or come as a couple or with friends if you fancy a group trip. Don’t let anything or anyone stand in your way and book this great group trip in a winter wonderland!

You celebrate your holiday with a small, friendly group of people and thus avoid travel agencies and mass tourism. The group will consist of 5 to 15 people.

Price: €1865 per person.

In the summer months of July, July and August we have 3 weeks open for a group trip. The dates are:

21 – 28 June 2024 (come celebrate the midsommar festival in Sweden)

03 – 10 August 2024

This 8-day summer group trip includes overnight stays in one of our accommodations, 5 summer activities, breakfast-lunch-dinner and transfer from and to the train station or airport.

Summer holidays in Sweden

During this planned group trip you will spend the night in one of our accommodations and you can participate in various activities from the summer package. The activities are always adapted to the level and wishes of the group. We ensure that you see, taste, smell and feel Sweden. Have a wonderful adventure together and enjoy a summer holiday in Sweden.

Wood fires, reindeer skins and marshmallows should not be missing. Sola, our brave Swedish dog, will lead you through various activities. Especially not mass tourism, but nice and personal. Get away from the hustle and bustle of today and have fun together in the deep forests of Sweden.

This is what our standard summer package looks like

Day 1: Arrival

Arrival at Skandi Camp with a pleasant evening by the campfire. On this evening the weekly program will be discussed and we will provide something tasty. This evening you will already enjoy a Swedish long summer evening with long daylight.

Day 2: Fishing

Fishing for trout and bass, including a course in filleting and preparing the fish. Fishing in Sweden is a truly wonderful experience. You are one with nature while fishing.You will receive techniques and advice from the guide and you will enjoy the serene peace around you.
In between, the guide will provide a delicious cup of coffee or tea and a tasty lunch will be provided.
The small lakes in the higher areas are ideally suited for fishing for Brown Trout (Öring) and Rainbow Trout (Regnbåge).

After the fishing adventure, the guide will teach you how the fish is slaughtered in different ways, of course only if you are interested. Then you and the guide will prepare a delicious meal with a choice of filleted fish, smoked fish or sushi (depending on the type of fish).

Day 3: Hiking

Together with a guide you will climb the Gastsjö mountain, a beautiful uphill walk on the way to a high viewpoint. A great climbing and clambering adventure. Down the mountain there will be several jumps and a lot of climbing.Together with the guide you will find the best way down. Success guaranteed for the entire group! This tour will be adapted to your group, so that everyone can participate. Along the way the guide will tell you a lot of fun information about the forests, animals and nature of Skandi Camp. This day includes lunch.

Day 4: To be completed after selection

Choose another activity from Skandi Camp or enjoy your rest! The extra activities have an additional cost of €95 per person per activity.

Day 5: Canoeing

Discover the beautiful nature of Jämtland by canoe! On this day trip you will be dropped off at a river, where you will cross to other lakes and go downstream towards the end point where you will be picked up again. This is a wonderful canoe trip for young and old with the chance of a wet suit and lots of water fun. The guide will explain the techniques of canoeing to you and will provide you with a packed lunch for the journey. We will inform you in advance about the different tours and the choice of a river will be made depending on experience, the weather and the water level.

Day 6: Clay pigeons & small caliber shooting

This guided activity will take place in the middle of Sweden’s nature.Where can you still experience this nowadays? Shooting in the open air is a special experience.Aim, track, shoot!
Clay pigeon shooting is fun! Both men and women experience this activity as very attractive.

Shoot – under the guidance of our certified instructors – with a rifle that contains shotgun shells at the clay pigeon, a kind of saucer. After just a few shots you will be captivated by this exciting and relaxing sport.Small caliber shooting is a fun, accessible activity, exciting and not something you can do everywhere. Under the guidance of our instructor, you will be explained everything about the correct shooting position, aiming, breathing and shooting.This will be done in a game-oriented manner so that the challenge of hitting something becomes even greater.
This activity includes coffee and tea.

Day 7: Dropping

Dropping where you and your fellow travelers are taken out on a quad bike in the woods near Skandi Camp and where you find your way back with a map, compass and GPS. A nice start to getting to know each other! You walk straight through nature back to Skand Camp (walk of about 2 to 3 hours).
Along the way you have a chance to encounter capercaillies and black grouse, the courtship and habitat are among the reasons for this protected nature reserve.

Day 8: Departure

Everything comes to an end. After an adventurous 8-day summer holiday in Sweden, you will go home with special memories!

Extra activities

The activities of the summer package take up half a day of your time. This means that you have time for yourself for the rest of the day to go for a walk, swim in the adjacent lake or relax. You can also use the sauna twice to warm up! It is also possible to book extra activities for the free hours, even in the evenings it is cool to undertake extra activities. * With the summer package you will stay in one of the accommodations at Skandi Camp, where each person has their own bedroom. The price includes overnight stays, 5 activities from the summer package and daily breakfast, lunch and dinner. We are happy to help you select and book the desired trip to Skandi Camp. This group trip will start from 5 registrations. The weekly program is subject to change and may be carried out in a different order depending on weather conditions. All activities are at your own risk. In the event of destruction or damage to materials, etc., costs will be charged.

Bed linen, kitchen linen and bath towels are provided and included in the price.
